What are your charges and Fees?

We only charge you a $999 brokerage including gst per vehicle. If you are a returning Customer you are automatically entitled to a 25% off our brokerage fee as a thank you.

 How long can this process take?.

Usually takes between 6-7 weeks from the time your car leaves the Port in Japan.

 What is the difference between an import broker and a Car dealership ?

A car-dealership adds margins to the car price whereas an Import broker like us charges you a set fee.

A cardelership has the car often in front of you whereas with an import broker you order and import the car based on photos.

Car-dealerships provide you with a warranty and backup whereas Import brokers dont.

Car dealership have ready stock whereas import brokers dont.

How can I benefit from importing a Car?.

Importing your car can save you a few hundred or thousand dollars depending on the car you are going for. 

What if I do not want to go ahead with the process?.

As long as we have not purchased the car from the auction in Japan you are entitled to a refund of the broker’s fee minus search costs of $250. This is only if the refund is requested in the first three months. There will be an additional $100 deducted from the remaining fee per calendar month from that point onwards.

If you decide not to import a car after it has been purchased for you in Japan, your entire broker’s fee will be forfeited. Please note that you will also be liable for any additional costs that are incurred in arranging to re-list the vehicle to be auctioned again in Japan.

 

I have purchased the Car in the auction and have had a change of mind. Can I get my money back

What If I do not live in Australia and want to import and get my Car shipped elsewhere?

We will be happy to assist you with your new car purchase as we have team members based in Japan and also ship cars to different parts of the world.

 

Where do you source cars from?.

We source our cars from Most Japanese Auctions and dealerships.

 

What if I want a Car now Do you have have ready stock?.

No, However we have an extensive database of wholesalers who can offer you a similar vehicle. This will again depend on what you are willing to pay for the car as they could be slightly expensive than importing one.
